My terms of service are as follows:

I do not work on recasts. I'm pro-artist only.

Refunds are not issued once I've started working on your doll.

 

However, you do get one FREE redo if we've gotten to the last sealing before gloss and you are still unsatisfied.

If you have ok-ed the final photo, and I've sealed and glossed your doll, no further changes can be made (outside of what colour/length upper lashes you want). If you do not mention BEFORE I gloss your doll that you are unhappy, any changes will require a complete wipe and you must pay for another face up.

This also goes for if you receive your doll and are unhappy with how they look once you have them back in your possession. Occasionally I will make exceptions, however, it's a case by case basis. 

My turn around time is about 1-3 weeks depending on the weather. However, my communication box is always open, feel free to poke me whenever you need to.

I do allow layaway payments. However, I cannot begin work until it is entirely paid off.

Please provide a good number of photos of what you're looking for. Doll photos, human make up, anything and everything is acceptable and I will do my best to give you what you're wanting.

I will not duplicate an artist's work, though I can give you something in similar colours, it will not be the same.

Please make sure to package your doll well, as the ride to and from me can be a little bumpy, depending on where your doll is coming from. I always insure my packages and pack well. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages by the mail. However, if there is damage to your face up caused by the mail carrier, you can send them back and I will fix it.
